Visit identity.parsmedicine.com and click "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox. If you don't receive an email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

Go to emr.parsmedicine.com/portal and log in with your credentials. New patients will receive login information after their first visit. You can also use Single Sign-On (SSO) through our identity portal.

Visit education.parsmedicine.com and log in with your student credentials. Browse the course catalog and click "Enroll" on any course. Some courses require enrollment keys provided by your instructor.

Log into the patient portal and select "Schedule Appointment". Choose "Telemedicine Visit" as the appointment type. Select your provider and preferred time slot. You'll receive a confirmation email with your Jitsi Meet link.

Visit credentialing.parsmedicine.com and log in with your provider account. Complete your profile, upload required documents, and submit for verification. Our team will run primary source verifications through NPI Registry, state medical boards, and other databases.

Medical records can be accessed through the patient portal under "Documents" or "Medical Records" section. For official copies or records transfer, complete the Medical Records Release form available in the portal or at our medical records department.
