Visit identity.parsmedicine.com and click "Forgot Password". Enter your email address, and you'll receive a reset link within 5 minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. For security, links expire after 24 hours.
Log in to identity.parsmedicine.com, go to Account Security, and click "Enable 2FA". You can choose SMS verification, email codes, or authenticator apps like Google Authenticator or Authy. We recommend using an authenticator app for best security.
After 5 failed login attempts, accounts are temporarily locked for 15 minutes. If you're still locked out, use the password reset option. If you've lost access to your 2FA device, contact support via live chat or call 1-833-PARS-MED with your ID ready for identity verification.
Log in to the Identity Portal, go to Personal Info, and click "Edit" next to your email. You'll need to verify ownership of the new email address by clicking a confirmation link. Your old email will receive a notification of the change for security.
Patient Portal
Go to emr.parsmedicine.com/portal and log in with your credentials. New patients receive login information after their first visit via email. You can also use Single Sign-On through identity.parsmedicine.com if you have a Pars Medicine account.
Log into the patient portal and click "Schedule Appointment". Select your preferred provider, visit type (in-person or telemedicine), and available time slot. You'll receive a confirmation email with appointment details. Same-day appointments may be available for urgent needs.
Most lab results are available within 24-48 hours. Some specialized tests may take longer. Results are released to the patient portal after your provider has reviewed them. You'll receive an email notification when new results are available.
In the patient portal, click "Messages" and then "New Message". Select your provider and type your message. Messages are typically answered within 1-2 business days. For urgent matters, please call the office directly or use the telemedicine option.
Go to Medications in the patient portal and click "Request Refill" next to the medication you need. Your provider will review and approve within 24-48 hours. The prescription will be sent directly to your pharmacy. Allow 3-5 business days for controlled substances.
Education & Moodle
Visit education.parsmedicine.com and log in with your Pars Medicine credentials. Your courses will appear on the dashboard. New students receive access within 24 hours of enrollment confirmation.
Browse the course catalog and click "Enroll" on any course. Some courses require an enrollment key from your instructor. If a course isn't appearing, contact the registrar to confirm your enrollment status. CME courses may require payment before access.
First, check that you're logged in with the correct account. Then verify your enrollment with the registrar. Some courses have specific start dates and won't appear until then. If the issue persists, contact academic support with your student ID and course name.
Open your course, find the assignment, and click on it. Click "Add submission" and either upload your file or enter text directly. Click "Save changes" then "Submit assignment". You'll receive a confirmation email. Late submissions may have penalties per course policy.
Providers
Visit credentialing.parsmedicine.com and log in. Complete your profile, upload required documents (license, DEA, malpractice insurance, CV, diplomas), and submit for verification. We run primary source verifications with NPI Registry, state boards, NPDB, OIG, and ABMS.
PARS Tokens are blockchain-based credential verification tokens. When your credentials are verified, you receive an NFT representing your verified status. You also earn PARS tokens for completing verifications, CME activities, and maintaining compliance. Other healthcare organizations can instantly verify your credentials using your token.
Go to meet.parsmedicine.com and create or join a meeting room. Share the room link with your patient through the EHR or secure message. The patient clicks the link at the scheduled time. Ensure your camera and microphone are working before the visit.
Billing & Insurance
Log into the patient portal and go to "Billing" or "Pay My Bill". You can pay by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. You can also set up automatic payments or payment plans for larger balances.
In the patient portal, go to "My Profile" > "Insurance". Click "Add Insurance" or "Update" to enter your new policy information. Have your insurance card ready. Changes take effect immediately for new appointments.
Bills after insurance are for deductibles, copays, or non-covered services. Review your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurer. If you believe there's an error, contact our billing department at 1-833-PARS-MED x4. We can verify your coverage and appeal denials.

Check that your browser has permission to use your camera and microphone. Try refreshing the page or using a different browser. Ensure no other application is using your camera. If using a VPN, try disconnecting it. Test your setup at meet.parsmedicine.com/test before your appointment.
Yes! Download the Moodle app for education courses (search "Moodle" in app stores). For telemedicine, use the Jitsi Meet app. The patient portal is mobile-responsive and works in any mobile browser. OpenEMR mobile access is available for providers.
